The Mrs. Red Art website operates as an artist portfolio and an enquiry platform for artworks. Purchases and payments cannot be completed directly through the website.

All original artworks and Fine Art Prints are subject to availability. Submitting an enquiry through the “Enquire about this artwork” button or the contact form does not constitute a binding order or purchase agreement.

Following an enquiry, the availability of the artwork, its price, shipping costs, payment arrangements and all other relevant terms relating to the purchase will be confirmed in writing. The terms of each purchase will be finalised through written confirmation.

Prices displayed on the website are stated in euros (EUR). Shipping costs are not included in the displayed price and are quoted separately based on the delivery address and destination country.

Shipping may be available within Hungary, throughout the European Union and, depending on the destination, internationally. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or other local charges may apply in accordance with the regulations of the destination country and may be payable by the purchaser.

Colours, tones and details displayed on screen may vary slightly from the actual appearance of the original artwork or Fine Art Print due to individual screen settings.

All original artworks, Fine Art Prints, reproductions and images displayed on this website are protected by copyright. Copyright and usage rights remain with the artist, subject to any exceptions provided by applicable law.

Unauthorised copying, reproduction, printing, modification, distribution, republication or commercial use of artworks or images displayed on this website is not permitted, except where expressly allowed by applicable law.

The purchase of an original artwork or Fine Art Print transfers ownership of the physical item only. Copyright, reproduction rights, duplication rights, commercial usage rights and other intellectual property rights are not transferred to the purchaser. Any reproduction or commercial use of an artwork requires the artist’s prior written permission.

Nothing in this information limits any mandatory rights available to the purchaser under applicable law.
