About Mrs. Red

Mrs. Red Art is my artistic world — a meeting point of colour, the human face, and inner emotional states. My work focuses primarily on the female face, but for me, portrait painting is not simply about depicting outward appearance. It is a means of expressing emotions, moods, and inner states.

In my expressive portraits, I explore silence, inner tension, duality, and the nuances of the human inner world. The face is often only the starting point: I am interested in what lies beneath the visible surface.

I work with acrylics, brushes, and palette knives, building my paintings through bold gestures, expressive surfaces, and strong colour contrasts. Figurative and abstract elements come together freely, while each painting develops its own character and emotional presence.

I aim to create paintings that do not tell a single story, but leave space for the viewer’s own emotions and interpretation. For me, a painting truly comes alive when the viewer forms a personal connection with it — something that reaches beyond what is visible at first glance.
